What is the warranty policy of Tennis Warehouse
Australia? To organise your replacement, you need to send the racquet back to us & postage is at your own cost. We will analyse the damage and if we believe the damage falls under the manufacturers terms and conditions for replacement, we will send you a replacement straight away at our cost. However, if we cannot be sure if it will be covered, we will send it back to the manufacturer & they will make the decision as to whether it will be replaced or not. If they believe the damage falls under their warranty conditions, they will send us a replacement racquet which we will send to you (at our cost). At the worst case scenario, this process can take up to 4 months, but is usually shorter. |

How do I pay for my purchases? 1. Deposit the money into our account. Alternatively, you can call us during business hours on (03) 9418 3934 and place your order with your credit card handy. You may also send us an email and specify how you would like to pay. If you choose Direct Deposit or COD, we have more information: Direct Deposit: If you are not comfortable paying online, you can deposit the money directly into our bank account. Send us an email letting us know what you want & how you intend to pay, then deposit the money into our account (you can wait for confirmation from us but it may slow your order down slightly).
